Raised on a farm in Uniontown, Washington along the Idaho/Washington border, Bob spent his early years working alongside his father and tending cattle near Bovill, Idaho. Those experiences fostered a deep appreciation for land, hard work, and rural living—values that continue to guide how he serves clients today.

Bob attended the University of Idaho, where he earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees before building a career in development and fundraising for the university. With more than 32 years of marriage to his wife, Sara, Bob and his family have chosen the Pacific Northwest as home, drawn to its strong communities, working landscapes, and outdoor lifestyle that includes fishing, ATV riding, and time spent on the land.

Through work, education, and daily life, Bob has gained extensive experience across seven counties in North Central Idaho and Eastern Washington. That long-standing connection to the region, paired with honest communication and attention to detail, allows him to guide clients with confidence and care. His love for the Pacific Northwest is at the heart of his work, and he takes pride in helping individuals and families find the right place to call home.
